You will offer our guests a range of advanced and bespoke treatments to ensure they feel well looked after and that their trip to Ned's Club Spa has been a luxurious experience. A key part of your service will be recommending and offering advice on products that guests can purchase from our spa. We ensure that you have time after each treatment to prepare for your next guest, allowing you to provide the ultimate treatment experience.
Our ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 3 or above and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Treatment Manager in month-end stocktake and product orders.
- Supporting the therapist team with the daily running of the treatment rooms.
- Addressing treatment/guest issues that arise.
- Assisting the Treatment Manager in conducting training sessions for new and existing members of the team.
- Achieving retail and sales targets, and supporting therapists with retail sales.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior therapists, offering training and support in performing treatments and services.
