Our Ned’s Club members expect the most exclusive service across our rooftop restaurant and the Vault, our late-night venue. Our Member Relations team are the smiling faces supporting our operations teams and making sure every member experience lives up to the service and experience expected of the Ned. Building rapport with members is crucial for this role, as the first point of contact for the MR team you will be a consistent presence in and around the operation, keeping our members smiling and the experiences running smoothly.

About The Ned: The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting to the Membership Relations Manager and as the face of the MR team, you will:

  • Be a welcoming and calming presence around the operation during all key moments and events, using your excellent relationships with our members to enhance their experiences and head-off any glitches early.
  • Host and oversee the full range of events from our monthly membership calendar, including welcoming guests, following the function sheet, and coordinating any external suppliers.
  • Resolve any front of house guest service needs.
  • Proactively address member concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support the wider Membership team in maintaining membership attrition below 20% by driving engagement initiatives throughout the club and enhancing member satisfaction.
  • Support the membership journey from acceptance, to onboarding, to regular check-ins to ensure members are satisfied and continue to see value.
  • Host inductions and tours on-site through the club face to face with members.
  • Support member renewal calls 60 days in advance to effectively forecast attrition and reduce potential member loss through re-engagement strategies.
