The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, members’ clubs, restaurants and spas where people come to meet, work and have a good time. As Hospitality Real Estate Analyst within our Development team, you’ll support the identification, underwriting and delivery of hotel, members’ club and mixed‑use hospitality projects across The Ned and Ned’s Club’s expanding international portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, ownership groups and investors, you’ll help evaluate development opportunities, shape investment decisions and support projects from feasibility through to opening.

You’ll work on high‑profile international projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, partnering with a broad range of internal teams, investors and external advisors.
What’s the role?
As Hospitality Real Estate Analyst, you will:
- Build and maintain detailed underwriting and financial models for hotel, members’ club and mixed‑use hospitality development projects.
- Support investment analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling across a range of international development opportunities.
- Evaluate project feasibility, commercial viability and investment risk across hospitality and real estate transactions.
- Prepare investment memoranda, business plans and presentation materials for ownership groups, investors, lenders and senior leadership.
- Support development projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and pre‑opening phases.
- Coordinate project activity across development, finance, legal, design and operations teams, alongside external advisors and partners.
- Assist with due diligence activity relating to acquisitions, management contracts, development partnerships and strategic opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitive benchmarking and operational performance data to support investment and development decisions.
- Monitor development budgets, project costs and commercial performance across the portfolio.
- Support lender reporting, cash flow forecasting and investment reporting activity across development projects.
- Present financial and commercial information in a clear, concise and visually compelling way for a range of audiences.
- Support a variety of high‑profile international projects and strategic growth initiatives across The Ned and Ned’s Club portfolio.
What you can bring to the role
- You’re a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with at least five years’ experience in hospitality real estate, development finance, private equity, corporate finance or transaction advisory environments.
- You have strong financial modelling and investment underwriting capability, including forecasting, feasibility analysis and scenario planning.
- You’re highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working with complex financial and investment information.
- You’re confident using Excel and PowerPoint to produce accurate, polished and visually compelling outputs.
- You communicate clearly and credibly, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, investors and external advisors.
- You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- You’re intellectually curious and genuinely interested in hospitality, real estate and global development.
- You thrive in fast‑paced entrepreneurial environments where initiative, flexibility and commercial thinking are highly valued.
