We're in the beautiful old Midland Bank building in the City of London.
The Communications office is located on‑site.
You will spend much of your time outside the desk, capturing moments and supporting the Senior Graphic Designer on major projects.

Responsibilities
- Shape The Ned’s visual identity across all guest touchpoints.
- Design menus, brand assets, and digital content for restaurants, events, and campaigns.
- Capture high‑quality photography and videography for social media, marketing, and brand stories.
- Create engaging visual content across print, digital, and social media.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and events through thoughtful design and creative problem‑solving.
- Ensure all creative work meets technical standards and follows brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and external creatives to deliver projects efficiently.
- Continuously develop creative skills, exploring new trends, technologies, and ideas.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography, layout, and attention to detail demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite: In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom.
- Experience designing high‑quality print and digital creative, with knowledge of production and pre‑press processes.
- Proven photography, videography, and video editing skills; experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative communication style and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Passion for branding, design, and hospitality with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Illustration skills advantageous.
