Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape investment decisions, support global growth opportunities and provide the financial insight that underpins major development projects. As Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for new hotel, club and hospitality development projects
  • Support investment underwriting, financial forecasting and scenario analysis across a range of development opportunities
  • Assist in evaluating project feasibility, commercial performance and investment risk
  • Prepare investment papers, business plans and presentation materials for senior leadership, ownership groups and investors
  • Support development projects from feasibility and design through to construction and pre-opening
  • Work closely with development, finance, legal, design and operations teams to coordinate project activity and support delivery
  • Assist with due diligence activity relating to acquisitions, partnerships and management agreements
  • Analyse market trends, competitive benchmarking and operational performance data to support strategic decision making
  • Monitor development budgets, project costs and commercial performance across the portfolio
  • Support reporting, cash flow forecasting and financial planning activity across development projects
  • Present financial and commercial information in a clear and visually compelling way for a range of audiences
  • Support a variety of high-profile international projects and strategic growth initiatives across The Ned and Ned’s Club portfolio

What you can bring to the role:

  • You’re a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with at least five years' experience in finance, hospitality, real estate, consulting or transaction focused environments
  • You’re highly analytical, commercially minded and confident working with complex financial information
  • You have strong financial modelling capability, including forecasting, investment analysis and scenario planning
  • You’re confident using Excel and PowerPoint to build clear, accurate and visually compelling outputs
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach for different audiences and stakeholders
  • You’re curious, commercially aware and genuinely interested in hospitality, development and growth
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environments where no two days look the same

What can The Ned and Ned’s Club give you?

  • Salary of up to £60,000, subject to experience
  • Wellbeing and health benefits to keep you in top shape, along with our exclusive Benefit Bank platform through Reward Gateway

  • Exciting learning and development programmes
  • Exclusive rates at The Ned for staying and eating for you, your family and friends
