Our Front Office team are the friendly face of The Ned to all of our Hotel guests, creating memorable experiences with every interaction. We are looking for a professional and organised individual to support the leadership of our night time operation.
What will you be doing?
- Working alongside the Night Manager, overseeing Front of House night operations to ensure night audit and daily reporting is completed correctly.
- Act as main point of contact for any guest requests or issues during the shift, follow all glitch reporting procedures, and elevate/handover to morning team.
- Complete all night reporting and night auditing of the previous day.
- Communicate with overnight employees as needed to maintain a smooth operation around the building.
- You will partner with teams such as Security, Ground floor control, and senior leadership where needed.
Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 8.30am-8.30pm.
