In-room dining waiters at The Ned are the smiling faces looking after the guests in our 250-bedroom hotel, serving up a perfectly curated menu made of the best dishes from some of our 10 restaurants – each serving a unique style of cuisine from around the world. We cater to many different types of hotel guests, so you’ll be tailoring your service style to deliver the perfect hospitality experience every time – whether that’s looking after a leisure guest, business traveller, VIP, or anything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Your main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, tailoring service to provide exceptional experiences.
  • Take orders and answer guests’ queries on the phone and in person; maintain an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Deliver menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure each guest receives the perfect meal.
  • Visit guests in their rooms, always impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation with a friendly and open energy.
  • Guard food and drink quality and presentation, ensuring nothing below Ned standards reaches guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting guests and teammates from potential harm.
  • Work flexible shifts starting as early as 0630 and finishing late, including weekends and bank holidays as required by operation.
