Our Head Bartenders supervise our bar teams, the smiling faces serving up the drinks in any of our guest facing or service bars. Each bar is contained inside one of our gorgeous restaurant or floor spaces, each with its own distinct look, vibe, and menu to compliment it.
As a junior member of the bar leadership team, reporting into the bar managers you will:
- Prepare and serve up perfectly made drinks from our range of menus.
- On our guest service bars you will be the friendly face providing exceptional experiences, along with recommendations and suggested drinks.
- On our service bars you will speedily prepare the orders as they come in, keeping our waiters and runners stocked with the drinks they need to deliver a seamless experience to our guests.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable, and slick operation as all our bars are in full view of the guests.
- Be a guardian of outstanding hospitality and drinks quality within your team, modelling behaviours, monitoring standards, and providing coaching and feedback where needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean bar environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm.
What you can bring to the role:
- Previous bar experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding drinks and hospitality is essential.
- Previous experience of supervising or managing a team is beneficial, but experienced bartenders looking to take their next step are also welcomed.
- You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them an exceptional service.
- You’ll have great all-round drinks knowledge, and ideally experience with cocktails and/or wines.
- A creative flair is always welcome – we host regular cocktail competitions with our winning drinks being added to the menus.
- If you have the desire to learn and progress then you can take part including the option to gain a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) qualification, and extensive bar training as part of our monthly learning calendar.
