- Analyse market trends, competitive benchmarking and operational performance data to support strategic decision making
- Monitor development budgets, project costs and commercial performance across the portfolio
- Support reporting, cash flow forecasting and financial planning activity across development projects
- Present financial and commercial information in a clear and visually compelling way for a range of audiences
- Support a variety of high-profile international projects and strategic growth initiatives across The Ned and Ned's Club portfolio
What you can bring to the role:

- You have strong financial modelling capability, including forecasting, investment analysis and scenario planning
- You're confident using Excel and PowerPoint to build clear, accurate and visually compelling outputs
- You're organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach for different audiences and stakeholders
- You're curious, commercially aware and genuinely interested in hospitality, development and growth
- You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environments where no two days look the same
