Our housekeeping team looks after our bedrooms, public areas including restaurants, bars, members areas, spa, laundry and uniform facilities.

About the Role
Head House Porter.
Responsibilities
- Look after the upkeep of the whole building, from receiving and distributing deliveries to caring for all work areas and storages.
- Be a guardian of outstanding hospitality within the team, modelling behaviours, monitoring standards, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Maintain the highest cleaning standards in all guest and public areas.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team, working across all areas to support and assist as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team is beneficial, but experienced porters looking to take their next step are also welcome.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and defuse high‑pressure situations, turning them into positives.
