Ned’s Club is a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, housed within The Ned City of London, with a public spa, event spaces, restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Gym Assistant
Responsibilities
- Welcome and look after our members and hotel guests during their visit to the gym
- Handle requests and queries regarding reservations and class bookings
- Host gym inductions, providing an overview of our personal training services and elite gym equipment, and encourage members to book into our classes
- Build rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience
- Keep the gym looking and operating at its best at all times
