The Membership Manager leads a small but mighty member relations team, ensuring exceptional daily member experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and hands‑on services while managing two membership executives.
  • Maintain membership attrition below 20% through engagement initiatives.
  • Drive retention initiatives, including tailored event invitations and renewal calls.
  • Handle escalated member or guest behaviour issues swiftly, preserving culture.
  • Support administrative and finance functions for smooth payments, applications, and cancellations.
  • Answer member questions via the shared inbox.
