About The Ned
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Programme Title Lift Graduate Management Trainee - 18-month programme
Programme Start Date Your programme will start in September 2026. However, we may offer work opportunities before the programme begins.
Role
Lift is The Ned's graduate programme helping us to create our leaders of the future. We’re looking for ambitious and talented hospitality enthusiasts at the beginning of their career journey who want to gain a deep understanding of the industry and kick start their journey into management.
Responsibilities
- You should be committed to creating the perfect environment and experience for every guest or member.
- A keen interest in the 360° of the operation is essential as you will be working across all our departments, with a focus on food & beverage and hotel divisions.
- To gain a deep understanding of all operations, you’ll start at an entry-level position and progress through different roles over the course of the programme.
Qualifications
You must be a degree level graduate, preferably within a related topic.
