Our customers and guests expect the most exclusive drinks and cocktails across any of our guest facing or restaurant service bars. Our team of barbacks keep the bar teams stocked with everything they need to create an exceptional experience and maintain seamless service.

As part of our bar operations team, you will:

  • Keep our bar teams stocked with glassware, equipment, and ingredients, allowing them to prepare our range of drinks.
  • Work at pace as part of our busy operation, making sure everything is where it is needed, when it is needed so that we can deliver smooth and uninterrupted service to our guests and customers.
  • Help the bar teams to maintain a clean and tidy bar area, always presenting the clean and professional image our customers expect.

What you can bring to the role:

  • No experience is necessary for this role, so a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is all you need.
  • Whilst you will rarely directly serve customers, you will often be visible in and around service areas, so a high standard of personal presentation and a welcoming vibe is essential for all roles at The Ned.
  • Not essential, but ideally this will be a stepping stone into a bartender role, so a desire to learn and progress is always welcome.
