Our Front Office team are the friendly face of The Ned to all of our hotel guests, creating memorable experiences with every interaction. We are looking for a professional and organised individual to support the leadership of our night time operation.

Assistant Night Manager
This is a part-time role (3 night shifts per week).
About The Ned
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. Launching in 2017, The Ned London was the location that started it all and we have since expanded to include properties in New York, Doha, and Washington DC is on the way.
Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned London houses Ned’s Club — a private members’ space, gym and rooftop — alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.
What will you be doing?
- Working alongside the Night Manager, overseeing Front of House night operations to ensure night audit and daily reporting is completed correctly
- Act as main point of contact for any guest requests or issues during the shift, follow all glitch reporting procedures, and escalate/handover to morning team
- Complete all night reporting and night auditing of the previous day
- Communicate with overnight employees as needed to maintain a smooth operation around the building
- You will partner with teams such as Security, Ground floor control, and senior leadership where needed
