Our concierge team have prime position in our buzzing lobby and are a focal point for our guests’ queries.

Do you want to join one of the best places to work in hospitality? The role is for a Junior Concierge.

We are situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

As a Junior Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

  • Using your knowledge about the city to recommend great experiences to our guests about restaurants, bars, clubs, events, museums, and all things culture in London
  • Recommending and booking the best experiences for our guests, and securing behind the scenes tickets for an exceptional time
  • We’d like it if you had a membership of Les Clefs d’Or
  • Early shifts start at 0700 and finish late evening for the late shift
