About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club – a private members’ space, gym and rooftop – alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting into the Nickel Bar management team and as the friendly face of the guest experience you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for your guests’ entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for
  • Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menu, you’ll answer all guests queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect food and drinks
  • Even when not directly interacting with our guests you will be in full view so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy
  • Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm
