With an extensive range of fitness equipment and three gym studios offering a vast list of fitness classes, our visitors have to look no further than Ned's Club Gym to reach their fitness goals.
What will you be doing?
- Be fully conversant with and be able to sell and promote all services and facilities available to guests/members.
- Conduct daily checks of all areas to ensure standards are monitored and upheld.
- Carry out regular Duty Management shifts in Ned’s Club Gym.
- Conduct a stocktake in the absence of the Fitness Supervisor.
- Assist with the programming and implementation of all studio classes, ensuring they are relevant, as well as assisting with wellness events.
- Oversee and liaise with all personal trainers to ensure good coverage across opening hours.
- Work with Head of Wellness to prepare and submit statistical information relating to classes, gym footfall and personal training.
- Monitor front desk activities with regard to rebates, billing instructions, and discounted rates in compliance with Ned’s policy.
- Schedule and regularly conduct routine inspections of equipment and areas associated with the gym.
- Monitor and update training manuals and departmental onboarding manuals as and when required.
- Stimulate and encourage a general awareness of health and safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken in the department.
- Be fully conversant with the hotel and company security procedures.
Minimum level 2 instructor training is preferred, but not essential.
