Waiters at The Ned are the smiling faces looking after the guests in any of our 10 restaurants - each serving a unique style of cuisine from around the world. Each restaurant has its own distinct look, vibe, and menus to complement it, so you’ll be delivering the perfect service for your venue - whether that’s friendly and laid-back, the super polished standards of fine dining, or anything in between.

Reporting into the restaurant management team and as the friendly face of the guest experience you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for your guests’ entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for.
  • Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menus, you’ll answer all guests queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect meal.
  • Even when not directly interacting with our guests you will be in full view so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy.
  • Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm.

Shifts vary between a 0700 start and a late finish, depending on the restaurant.
