The Ned, located in the heart of the City, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading one of our 11 kitchens in the City of London. You will help produce high-quality dishes and ensure Ned standards are met daily.
You'll manage, develop and motivate kitchen teams, handle mise en place, prepare all meat, fish, poultry and vegetables, and uphold health and safety across the kitchen.
