What’s the role? Receptionist – immediate start available.
Where will you be working? The welcoming face of The Ned, our front office team are at the heart of the action in our buzzing ground floor and are an essential part of creating an exceptional guest experience.
What will you be doing? You’re the first point of contact for our guests and of course, you should have a fantastic personality and a calm manner, able to cope in a busy environment. We use Opera as our property management solution, so your excellent IT skills will be put to use in checking in our guests and responding to any of their queries. Shifts change on a weekly rota and include 0700 - 1530, 1430 - 2300 and occasional night shifts of 2230 - 0700.
