About The Ned

Reporting into the housekeeping management team and as a key part of the food and beverage team you will:
- Look after the upkeep of our whole building, from receiving and distributing deliveries to taking care of all work areas and storages.
- Be a guardian of outstanding hospitality within your team, modelling behaviours, monitoring standards, and providing coaching and feedback where needed.
- Being in top condition is non‑negotiable at The Ned, so your attention to detail in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in all guest and public areas is essential.
- Be an integral part of the housekeeping team, so you’ll be working across all areas as needed to support and assist.

Qualifications
- Previous experience of supervising or managing a team is beneficial, but experienced porters looking to take their next step are also welcome.
