Based in the thick of the action on our dynamic ground floor, you will be the key to unlocking the best of London for our visitors, ensuring every stay is exceptional and memorable.

As the leader of our concierge team you will:

  • Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance - commercial, operational, customer, and team.
  • Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
  • Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned’s services and amenities.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential, ideally within a similar environment.
  • Membership of Les Clefs D’Or.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role.
  • Multilingual skills will be beneficial, but are not essential.
  • A bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality.
  • A calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive.
