As the leader of our concierge team you will:
- Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance - commercial, operational, customer, and team.
- Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned’s services and amenities.

What you can bring to the role:
- Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential, ideally within a similar environment.
- Membership of Les Clefs D’Or.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role.
- Multilingual skills will be beneficial, but are not essential.
- A bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality.
- A calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive.
