What's the role?

As a key part of the wider wellness team, you will:

  • Welcome and look after our members and hotel guests during their visit to the gym.
  • Handle requests and queries regarding reservations and class bookings.
  • Host gym inductions, providing an overview of our personal training services and elite gym equipment, alongside encouraging members to book into our sought‐after classes.
  • Build rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience.
  • Keep the gym looking and operating at its best at all times.

  • A passion and all‐round knowledge of fitness is an absolute must for this role.
  • Rapport building skills are essential for working in our Club spaces; every guest is a loyal member or a potential new member, so every interaction is crucial.

  • A degree of confidentiality is non‐negotiable as you may be looking after high‐profile people who value their privacy.
