The Ned City of London is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will work with the sous and head chefs to drive daily operations, oversee food production and mise-en-place, and ensure dishes meet the Ned standard.
You’ll help recruit and develop teammates, onboard new starters, and coach the team on quality and presentation. A calm, detail‑oriented approach and a passion for great food are essential.
