Our team of barbacks keep them stocked with everything they need to create an exceptional experience and maintain seamless service. All of our teams at The Ned deliver top tier hospitality, but what sets our Club staff apart is the ability to build lasting rapport - every guest is a loyal member or a potential new member, so every interaction is crucial and every piece of information we learn about what our members love is used to create an even better experience for them the next time.
As part of our bar operations team, you will:
- Keep our bar teams stocked with glassware, equipment, and ingredients, allowing them to prepare our range of drinks.
- Work at pace as part of our busy operation, making sure everything is where it is needed, when it is needed so that we can deliver smooth and uninterrupted service to our guests and customers.
- Help the bar teams to maintain a clean and tidy bar area, always presenting the clean and professional image our customers expect.
