Rate of pay: £13.33 per hour
Shift pattern: Rotational Shifts 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Mixer to join our busy team, based in Flint. Working to The Navigator Company (formerly Accrol Group) principles and values, you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours. Always keeping customers at the heart of what we do, you will be responsible for the operation and running of the mixing room in order to produce the wet wipe formulas, in accordance with strict quality and productivity requirements and in a safe and efficient manner. Your duties will include preparing mixes, following specific recipes, compliance with COSHH guidelines, completing pH checks and maintaining established housekeeping.
Our goal is to supply a world class customer service and so all operatives must work efficiently and have a proactive and motivated approach.
The role is part of a structured pay scale so there are opportunities to progress and receive further training and development to help achieve your personal goals.
About You
You should have a passion and drive to achieve high quality standards with a real “can do” attitude and enjoy a team working environment. You should also feel comfortable and confident in working independently with the ability to contribute constructively to continuous improvement ideas.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities
- Experience of working in a busy FMCG environment as part of a team, ideally in a production environment or similar.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes.
