We are currently inviting applications for a Warehouse Operative at our site in Leicester, LE3. This role plays a key part in supporting safe, efficient operations within our manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth movement of materials while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Navigator Tissue UK Ltd is part of The Navigator Company. Previously known as Accrol Group and established in 1993, Navigator Tissue UK is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll, facial tissue products and a range of wet wipes for most of the UK’s major grocery retailers. We currently have five manufacturing sites in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester, Flint and Bridgwater across the UK, but are in the process of moving rolls manufacturing from Blackburn to Leyland.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment. A valid FLT licence is essential, and you must be confident in the safe use of manual handling equipment while working as part of a team in production areas. You will be a driven self-starter, committed to meeting targets and delivering high quality results, with a strong customer focused mindset.
Working in line with Navigator Tissue UK’s principles and values, you will demonstrate through your actions and behaviours that safety is always our number one priority.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the safe movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory using a range of manual handling equipment (MHE). You will also be required to accurately update IT systems in a real-time operational environment.
We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join a first-class team, committed to delivering world-class customer service. The role operates on a rotating two-week shift pattern: 06:00am–14:00pm, Monday to Saturday one week, followed by 14:00pm–22:00pm the following week. Each shift is 8 hours with paid lunch breaks and offers an hourly rate of £12.60.
