About the role
We are looking for somebody to join our team as a D365 LS Retail Support Consultant. Our Service Team specializes in and manages a range of Dynamics products including CE, PowerApps, LS Retail, Dynamics 365 BC, and F&O. This role can be performed remotely with travel to Node4 offices and client sites.
As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, you will deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The role will require good working knowledge of Dynamics products with a specific focus on LS Retail. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, meticulous, and a team player. If you are a Nav/BC consultant with LS Retail experience and fantastic communication skills, this may be the role for you.
