As a Cloud Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cloud support team, ensuring high-quality technical support for cloud-based systems. The role involves managing a team of cloud support engineers, liaising with cross-functional teams and clients, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
What will you bring?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence to work and communicate across a variety of audiences in a professional manner
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Attention to detail and getting it right first time
- Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL environment
- Experience as a team leader in a cloud support environment
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (Private Cloud - VMWare, VCloud Director and Public Cloud experience AWS, Azure)
- Prior experience as a Cloud Support engineer or certifications in cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
