The Nature Conservancy is seeking an Associate Director of Development for the Impact Finance & Markets (IFM) division to expand philanthropic support for innovative conservation initiatives. You will identify, cultivate, and steward donors at the intersection of conservation, finance, and markets, collaborating with IFM leadership and program teams worldwide.

You will lead donor discovery, develop strategies, and deepen relationships to create new engagement and investment opportunities.
