NSPCC in Salford is recruiting two full‑time Childline Practitioners (Universal) to support volunteers and directly respond to contacts from children and young people. You will lead safeguarding decisions, coach volunteers, and help ensure a high‑quality service across shifts within a hybrid rota.
The role offers a stable permanent contract with a 6‑week rota, including morning, daytime and evening shifts, plus some home-working days and a 7% rota allowance. Training and supervision are provided.
