NSPCC in Birmingham is seeking Helpline Practitioners to provide empathy, support and action for safeguarding concerns. This full-time (35 hours) role offers hybrid working, with two weeks in the office and one week at home, within commutable distance of the Birmingham Helpline.
Applicants must have a Level 4 safeguarding qualification and post-qualification safeguarding experience. You will assess risk, liaise with partners and respond via phone, email and social media.
