The National Portrait Gallery in London is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team. This newly created role oversees operations, people, technology, estates and visitor experience as the Gallery embarks on its next phase of strategic growth. Reporting to the Director, the COO will drive organisational transformation, lead capital projects, sustainability and digital capability, and work across teams to deliver a high-performing culture.
