The National Oceanography Centre in Southampton is seeking an Immigration and Sponsorship Manager to oversee all aspects of immigration compliance and visa sponsorship. You will maintain the UKVI sponsor licence, manage end-to-end immigration journeys, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
You will report to the Head of People Services within the People and Culture function and drive continuous improvement in policies and processes.
