We are currently recruiting for a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager (Good Causes Summaries), on a fixed-term contract (12 months) based in any of the Heritage Fund’s Offices in Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, and Manchester (Hybrid Working).
You’ll manage the end-to-end process:
- Researching funded projects
- Drafting and polishing concise copy to a defined tone of voice
- Coordinating reviews and approvals
- Managing consent and image permissions
- Ensuring content is finalised and submitted in line with requirements
You will write and edit content, manage revisions, liaise directly with grantees, including sourcing suitable images, and finalise approved content to submit to Allwyn. You will support the ongoing development and embedding of the Good Cause Summary system and process, including working with data colleagues, delivering training on the system and process and reporting functions, and providing updates or briefings to colleagues, including senior staff.
If you are excited about helping ensure that heritage is inclusive and accessible to everyone, for now and future generations, then we want to hear from you.
We are inclusive of all aspects of heritage, people, and communities, and ambitious for our people, communities, and heritage.
The National Lottery Heritage Fund has offices all over the UK and champions a flexible approach to working where this supports our business needs. We have formally adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning that most employees will work from their contracted Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum. Time spent on site visits to projects or other meetings based at another Heritage Fund or external office are counted as part of those two days.
