We are recruiting a full‑time Risk and Performance Manager on a permanent contract based in our London Office (Hybrid Working).

Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to lead and maintain effective organisational risk management and performance reporting across the Heritage Fund, ensuring frameworks are embedded, reviewed and inform strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain organisational risk management and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Support senior leadership, programme owners and teams to manage risks proactively and deliver performance insights that strengthen governance and improve organisational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Governance, Audit and Risk Committee Secretariat and provide core support to senior leaders including the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams—Governance, Finance, Strategy, Data and Programme—to embed consistent risk and performance practices.
  • Build constructive working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, auditors and specialists to ensure insights are clear and inform decision‑making.

Working Conditions

The role is based in our London office, operating on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days on site and the remainder remote.
