This is an exciting opportunity for two Learning & Development (L&D) professionals to join our team as we implement our new L&D approach and expand our operational training team. The successful candidates will be part of a busy L&D team, providing functional support to help the organisation deliver its strategic aims and corporate priorities.
Your day-to-day duties will be varied, allowing you to utilise your training experience and digital learning capabilities within a supportive team environment, while contributing to our key deliverables and goals. You will play an integral part in enhancing the learning and development experience across the organisation.
This role is based in the UK and sits within the People & Culture Directorate as part of the Learning & Development team.
What we’re looking for:
- Working together: Collaborative team player dedicated to collectively developing high-quality learning solutions. Able to translate briefs or instructions into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Delivering High quality results: Results-driven with a keen eye for detail and clear communication to ensure high-quality outputs. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to plans and meet deadlines.
- Culture: Will work with a hybrid model and adapts approach to best fit each scenario and needs of others. Friendly and approachable; quick to build rapport with others.
- Developing self and others: Confident in delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Experienced in the full lifecycle of learning solutions, including planning, content development, facilitation, and evaluation.
The ideal candidates will bring experience of working within a learning and development environment, delivering training activities both face-to-face and virtually, preferably in a hybrid-working context. They will possess a positive and solutions-focused mindset and be happy working within a team as well as independently. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and adaptable to provide the best solutions within scope. This role will have a positive impact on the work of the L&D team and some of our key priorities and deliverables. The role holder will have a L&D CIPD qualification or equivalent, or be willing to undertake the qualification.

Our L&D team is based across the UK. This is a hybrid role, involving working from your nearest office location (Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle) and from home. Frequent travel to other offices and locations across the UK is to be expected.
