Cronfa Treftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol

Fel y cyllidwr mwyaf ar gyfer treftadaeth y Deyrnas Unedig, ein gweledigaeth yw bod treftadaeth yn cael ei gwerthfawrogi, ei gofalu amdani a'i chynnal i bawb, nawr ac yn y dyfodol.

Rydym yn credu ym mhŵer treftadaeth i danio'r dychymyg, cynnig llawenydd ac ysbrydoliaeth, ac i feithrin balchder mewn lle a chysylltiad â'r gorffennol.

Ein cenhadaeth yw defnyddio ein harbenigedd i gefnogi a hyrwyddo treftadaeth y DU a dangos potensial trawsnewidiol cyllid y Loteri Genedlaethol trwy gyflawni ein strategaeth newydd Treftadaeth 2033. Rydym yn sicrhau bod arian gan y Loteri Genedlaethol yn gwneud gwahaniaeth pendant i bobl, lleoedd a chymunedau.

  • Dyddiad cau ceisiadau ar Hanner nos 8 Tachewdd 2026

  • Disgwylir i gyfweliadau ddigwydd ar 24 Tachwedd 2026

Caiff ceisiadau a gyflwynir gan y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg eu trin yn gyfartal. Cynhelir cyfweliadau yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg.

Mae hwn yn gyfnod cyffrous i ymuno â thîm Cronfa Treftadaeth yng Nghymru. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn arwain ar ein hymgysylltiad â rhanddeiliaid Cymraeg a Saesneg yng Ngogledd Cymru, yn enwedig o amgylch ein Mentrau Strategol Treftadleoedd a Threftadaeth mewn Angen: Addoldai. Bydd deiliad y swydd hefyd yn mabwysiadu dull sy'n cael ei arwain gan ddata i annog ceisiadau newydd sy'n ystyried pob un o bedwar Egwyddor Buddsoddi Cronfa Treftadaeth, gan gynnig cyngor cyn ymgeisio, trefnu a mynychu digwyddiadau a chyfrannu at ein gweithgaredd marchnata a chyfathrebu.

Bydd y deiliad swydd hefyd yn dal portffolio buddsoddi grant. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys asesu ceisiadau am gyllid a monitro y prosiectau hynny a ariennir.

Ein Gwerthoedd

  • Cynhwysol o bob agwedd ar dreftadaeth, pobl a chymunedau

  • Uchelgeisiol ar gyfer ein pobl, ein cymunedau a'n treftadaeth

  • Cydweithio drwy weithio a dysgu gyda'n gilydd

  • Ymddiried yn ein gonestrwydd, ein harbenigedd a'n barn

Gweithio'n Hyblyg

Mae gan Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol swyddfeydd ledled y DU ac rydym yn hyrwyddo dull hyblyg o weithio lle mae hyn yn cefnogi ein hanghenion busnes. Rydym wedi mabwysiadu dull gweithio hybrid yn ffurfiol. Mae hyn yn golygu y bydd y rhan fwyaf o weithwyr yn gweithio o swyddfa Cronfa Treftadaeth dan gontract ddwywaith yr wythnos o leiaf. Mae'r amser a dreulir ar ymweliadau safle â phrosiectau neu gyfarfodydd eraill sydd wedi'u lleoli swyddfa arall y Gronfa Treftadaeth neu swyddfa allanol arall yn cael ei gyfrif fel rhan o'r ddau ddiwrnod hynny. Gall weithio o adref ar dyddiau eraill yn ytsod yr wythnos.

Cyflogwr Hyderus i'r Anabl

Rydym yn gwarantu cyfweld â phob ymgeisydd anabl sy'n bodloni'r meini prawf hanfodol gofynnol ar gyfer pob swydd wag. Rydym bob amser yn ymdrechu i wneud addasiadau rhesymol a gellir trafod a threfnu gofynion arbennig cyn cyfweliad.

Mae Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol yn addo darparu amgylchedd gweithio a dysgu cynhwysol i'n pobl sy'n blaenoriaethu tegwch, cydraddoldeb, amrywiaeth a chynhwysiant yn ogystal ag urddas a pharch at bawb. Byddwn yn creu gweithle lle nad yw bygythiadau, gwahaniaethu, aflonyddu, bwlio ac erledigaeth yn cael eu goddef a'u hatal a'u gwrthwynebu'n weithredol.
