We are currently recruiting for a full‑time Business Delivery Assistant on a permanent contract based in our Birmingham Office (Hybrid Working).

Responsibilities

  • The primary purpose of this post is to support the Senior Business Manager to deliver comprehensive and agile business‑critical support to the Midlands and East team.
  • Providing customer support to potential applicants.
  • Checking new applications and ensuring customer records are up to date.
  • Supporting colleagues and customers with the operation of our Salesforce‑based Investment Management System (IMS).
  • Business‑critical administration and supporting grant‑making processes.
  • SharePoint information management.

The Business Delivery Assistant should be committed to sustainability, carrying out duties in a resource‑efficient way and minimising impacts on the environment wherever possible.

Qualifications

  • A background in customer support, data entry, administrative support or a related field will be beneficial, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.

Employment Details

  • Location: Birmingham Office (Hybrid Working – minimum two days in the office, remaining days remote).
