The National Gallery is seeking a Senior Communications Manager (CRM) to be responsible for developing and setting the strategic direction and delivery of CRM marketing activity to visitors and existing audiences on the Gallery’s database.

The role will provide a strategic lead to the CRM function and team, specialising in deploying mass communications to customers, Members and email subscribers in support of the National Gallery Audience Strategy 2025–30. The strategic approach will lead to driving increased engagement online, increased visits onsite, and increased revenue growth for the Gallery’s commercial activities.
