The National Gallery is looking for an Administrator for Masterplan Projects. In this role you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of large-scale capital projects. From managing diaries and meetings to maintaining project documentation and coordinating communications.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and technology proficient, with experience in fast-paced environments and a passion for keeping complex projects on track. This is a full time, fixed-term contract for up to 36 months. This role is primarily on-site (4 - 5 days per week) with some flexibility. Full attendance on-site will be needed during busy periods.
