The National Gallery is looking for a detail‑focused Finance Assistant to join our Finance, Planning and Performance team. Working in a shared services environment, you will manage day‑to‑day accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, employee expenses, vendor set‑ups and payment runs.

Acting as the first point of contact for supplier and internal finance queries, you will ensure payments are accurate, timely and compliant with company policies. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, support month‑end processes and help maintain accurate financial records.

This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
