The Senior Coordinator, Events will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for the delivery of NFL events across EMEA, with a primary focus on supporting European games in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain. This role will support planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution to help deliver high-quality fan experiences aligned with business and local market objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of both large and small-scale events across EMEA.
- Support & assist with event logistics, timelines, and operational delivery across fan/public events; covering gameday & non‑gameday fan experiences, kickoff events, local activations, community initiatives, and partner integrations.
- Coordinate key event elements including scheduling, branding, programming and on-site operations.
- Provide documentation and meeting notes, including budget tracking, purchase orders, after‑action reports, RFP documentation and supplier onboarding.
- Assist with content and engagement initiatives such as OnePass app activities and discovery work on best‑in‑class event production.
- Coordinate across departments and markets (EMEA and US) by working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in events, sports, or hospitality.
- Experience supporting the delivery of live events or fan experiences with a basic understanding of event operations and logistics.
- Experience supporting budget tracking and administration.
- Exposure to working with agencies, vendors, or partners.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Interest in sports and fan engagement (American Football knowledge a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in event management, sport management or business management.
- Interest in or understanding of American Football is a plus.
