The Manager, Hospitality (UK) will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and execution of NFL Premium and VIP Hospitality programs for the NFL's international games and events. This individual will oversee guest experiences, ensuring best-in-class service for NFL partners, clients, and fans while helping deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that reflect the NFL brand. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Hospitality Manager will lead and support hospitality initiatives before, during, and after international events throughout the year.

The role requires strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a passion for creating memorable experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and planning of all hospitality areas including suites, shared spaces, and NFL VIP for international games
  • Manage sales and event agencies to deliver a high-end hospitality program
  • Work collaboratively with participating teams in their hospitality delivery
  • Assist in the branding and design for all hospitality and customer facing areas
  • Conduit between contractors and NFL Creative
  • Day-to-day lead for stadium catering; assist in the creation of menus for GA/Hospitality areas
  • May include external events
  • Entertainment programming
  • Cross department guest list management alongside NFL Ticketing and Global Hospitality sales team
  • Working closely with the NFL’s Elite Service, management of internal clients, teams, NFL Executives and team ownership
  • Support in the execution of and delivery of the NFL international games
  • Lead or support in external partner events throughout the year

Technical Experience and Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ working within sports and event industry
  • Working within stadiums is highly desired
  • Experience in managing and executing multiple events
  • Outstanding stakeholder management
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MD Office (PPT, Word, Excel etc.) and excellent email management skill required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset and professional manner to align with business objectives, customer expectations and brand values
  • Proficiency in English required, other languages encouraged
  • Awareness of cultural differences and inclusion
  • Willingness and availability to travel to local and international games (primarily Europe)
