Join our specialist Reward team in the HR Division at NFU Mutual, working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to contribute to wider strategic initiatives. You’ll experience a breadth of activity across Reward, from data analysis and reporting to project delivery and market benchmarking, delivering a great service to customers across our business.
Hybrid working with 80% home working and 20% based out of the Stratford-upon-Avon Head Office.
About the role
The in-house Reward team at NFU Mutual is a specialist area within our HR Division. The team delivers high-profile pay and benefits activity including annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, employee benefits, and Company cars, directly impacting colleagues across the business. This vacancy is a fixed-term contract until May 2027.
As a Reward Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of a timely and accurate Reward service to HR teams, People Managers and employees, with particular focus on pay, bonus and benefits activity. You’ll work with complex data, produce analysis and schedules, respond to Reward-related queries and support a variety of Reward processes. The role holder will also support our evolving processes as we launch Workday in 2027.
Working closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of other Reward activities including job evaluation, benchmarking, benefits administration and ongoing Reward projects. You’ll also learn about the Company Car Schemes and support continuous improvements to processes and employee experience.
About you
You’re a highly organised individual with strong Excel and data analysis skills and enjoy working with detailed information to produce accurate outcomes. You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work at pace. Experience within HR, Reward or an analytical environment would be beneficial.
You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion. You enjoy problem solving, take ownership of your work and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. These qualities align closely with the skills required for success in the role.
