We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Delivery Lead to support the delivery of NFU Mutual's Digital Customer Strategy roadmap and ongoing change activity across our digital channels including websites, online accounts, self-service journeys, and future apps. Working closely with the Digital Delivery Manager, you'll help ensure that governance, processes, documentation, budget management, and reporting are introduced and then maintained to high standards. You'll coordinate demand management across digital workstreams, track delivery progress, and provide insight to stakeholders on performance and budget status. You'll also work with third-party suppliers to manage finance and change activities, ensuring efficient operations across licences, contracts, and invoicing. As part of the wider digital team, you'll support the administration of the Group Digital budget and help maintain programme controls, including risks, issues, and dependencies. You'll play a key role in organising meetings and workshops, supporting audits and assurance reviews, and helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in digital or IT change programmes who's looking to grow their delivery expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
