Responsibilities
- We are seeking an Administrator to join us in a newly created role within the Commercial Services Team.
- This role sits within our Procurement team and plays a key part in supporting colleagues across the business and external suppliers.
- Hybrid role with flexibility to work around 60 percent of your hours from home.
- Provide first point of contact support for commercial and procurement-related queries.
- Act as a central point of contact to help people understand and follow commercial processes while ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Support the team with a range of administrative activities, including managing shared inbox queries, completing supplier checks, supporting tender, onboarding activity and supplier relationship management and maintaining clear and accurate records.
- Working closely with colleagues across Commercial Services, Legal, Finance and the wider business, help ensure our commercial activities are well-coordinated, compliant, and deliver a positive experience for everyone involved.
- Receive structured training and ongoing development, with exposure to wider commercial and procurement activity, and opportunities to grow your skills and explore future career pathways within the business.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an administrative or support-focused role.
- A strong customer-focused mindset, with confidence handling queries and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel; you are able to manipulate and filter data, using functions such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.
- Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and organised approach, eager to learn and develop your skills, with attention to detail and accountability for your work.
- An interested or basic understanding of procurement would be desirable, but we will teach you everything you need to know, regardless of your foundational knowledge.
