About the role

As a Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant, you will develop and deliver customer selections for marketing, research and service communications. You will ensure campaigns target the right customers at the right time, support business strategies and compliance requirements, build and maintain self‑serve dashboards for campaign evaluation and provide clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions. You will harness your expertise in SQL and advanced statistical methods to create accurate customer selections, becoming the SME for sourcing, analysing and delivering customer data for selection activities. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, offering expert guidance and solutions that deliver tangible business value through presentations, dashboards and selection designs.
