NFU Mutual is seeking an experienced people leader to head the Claims Validation/Fraud team, protecting members from fraud while delivering excellent customer outcomes. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, overseeing performance against SLAs and KPIs, and embedding a national team approach across Claims, Underwriting, Agencies and supplier partners.
You will foster an inclusive, empowering culture, enable team potential through coaching and development conversations, and use data.
